Shipping and Return Policy

 Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once your order has been placed, orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled. You are more than welcome to return your item(s) in accordance with our return policy.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted for store credit ONLY. To be eligible for store credit, your item(s) must be damaged free, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. Due to high order volumes all returns must be back to our warehouse within 10 days of the delivery date. 

 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: 

• Gift cards  
• Sale / Discounted / Clearance items 
• Accessories and Jewelry 

Shipping your Return

-Original shipping fees are NONREFUNDABLE and the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the returned item(s).

-When returning shoes, please place shoe box in another box/bag so original box does not get damaged in the return process.

-If your return is rejected you will be notified & you WILL be responsible for shipping costs back to you.
